Sponsorship Opportunities

The conferences are offering a diverse range of opportunites for commercial partners, funding bodies and others to raise their profile to a large community of scientists and engineers. If you are interested in any of the above packages, please complete the sponsorship confirmation form. SRMS and MEDSI together will attract over 370 delegates from across the world.  We have developed a range of packages for potential sponsors and it includes:

Lead Sponsor - £15,000
Branding on registration and reception desks.
Company literature in conference delegate bags. 
Pop-up stand at front of conference lectures. 
Acknowledgement at conference dinner with an opportunity to give a short 3-4 mins speech.
Acknowledgement in all conference literature and lead presence on website.
Logo on delegate bag along with the delegate bag sponsor.
Two conference delegate registrations and two conference dinner tickets are included with this package. 

Welcome Reception Sponsorship - £2,500
Exclusive sponsorship of the conference welcome reception, including the opportunity for a company representative to welcome/address delegates and/or the display of a promotional stand.
Acknowledgement and thanks at the reception.
Acknowledgement on the conference website and in the conference programme.
One conference delegate registration and one conference dinner ticket are included with this package. 

Conference Dinner Sponsorship SRMS: 300 attendees - £4,000; MEDSI: 120 attendees - £2,000
Exclusive sponsorship of conference dinner, including the opportunity for a company representative to welcome/address delegates. Dinner sponsorship includes branding of event.
Acknowledgement and thanks at the conference dinner.
Acknowledgement on the conference website and in the conference programme.
One conference delegate registration and one conference dinner ticket are included with this package.

Session Sponsorship for SRMS -  £2,500 each
Exclusive sponsorship of a scientific session at the conference, including logo on the programme, literature distributed at the session, possibility to have a banner to brand the session (subject to the organisation providing this) and formal acknowledgement at the session by the chair. One conference delegate registration and one conference dinner ticket are included with this package.

Literature sponsorship - £1,000
Literature (up to A4 size) distributed in delegate pack.
Acknowledgement on the conference website, in the abstract book, and in the proceedings.

Merchandise sponsorship - £500
Merchandise (pens, pads, bags, etc) and/or leaflet (up to A5 size) distributed in delegate pack.
